TRAI’ELLE 2023: The call of nature to the Tunisian women

From April 28–30, 2023, the lush forests of Aïn Draham, Tunisia, welcomed a groundbreaking event: TRAI’ELLE, a women-only trail run blending sport, nature, and environmental advocacy. Organized by Dar El Ain, this inaugural edition brought together women from all walks of life—farmers, entrepreneurs, artists, and activists—to run through the Kroumirie forests while raising awareness for environmental protection.
